About a year ago on a Sunday morning we had a problem with our computer system and were not able to register guests at our hotel or for that matter do anything else. We called our computer system vendor who we thought would come out and fix our problem and to our surprise they told us they could not come out on weekends. We started looking for other vendors and came across Computer Techs which we called explained our situation and they were here at the hotel within half an hour. That's where we met Lyle for the first time. They solved our problem quickly and we were able to continue with our daily work day. Well we fired the other vendor and have been with Computer Techs ever since.
