We  will install and secure your wireless network so  you will be able to access the Internet while knowing that no one else can access your data on your computer or network.  You will be able to share data and printers between two computers  at your home or business.  (Additional hardware may be required and is not included)          

Expand your network, wired or wireless.  Add a computer, printer, or other device and be able to share programs, files, printers, scanners, and Internet access. (up to 2 devices) 

Whether you need dial-up, DSL, cable, wireless or T1 Internet access let us help you decide what is best for you to get you connected.  (2 hours of time)

Let us get you back up and running when the Internet is down. (Billed on an hourly basis)

Format your computer and start over by re-installing the operating system. (Data backup is not included.)

We will make sure that important software is installed, updated and configured properly.  (2 program limit)

Speed up your computer by adding more memory.  Don’t run out of hard drive space; install a new larger hard drive.  Want to make your own CD’s or DVD’s install a new writable CD or DVD drive.  (Additional charges will apply for data transfer on hard drives.  Hardware not included.)          

With a few simple and small changes to your computer, monitor and other computer equipment you will reduce the amount of energy they consume, therefore saving money and the environment at the same time. 

Have that hard drive completely and securely erased before you dispose of or recycle your computer.

Let us clean up and speed up your computer so it  will perform its best.  Are you seeing more pop-up windows, blue screens?  Your computer probably has viruses or spyware or Windows corruption.   We can remove the problem or fix Windows.

We will setup and customize one/printer/monitor so they  it runs just the way you want them to.  We can customize Windows and remove unnecessary applications.  We will finish by installing all Microsoft updates and 1 application.

Let our technicians backup or transfer data to your new computer or your external hard drive or DVDs. 

Let our technicians setup  an automatic backup.

We will attempt to recover lost files that were either deleted or lost due to failure of the hard drive.  (Results are not guaranteed.)       

Just like any other machine, your computer needs to be tuned up to continue running at it’s best.  If the computer is taking longer to boot and getting slower let us remove all the unnecessary services and processes and possibly uncover hidden problems.
